Awards Evening

Get your dresses, suits and dancing shoes at the ready. You are invited to our black tie awards evening, where you will be wined and dined with a three course meal. The dance floor will then be opened up for you to show your best moves. This will be a night you won't want to miss!

hertford hornets lockdown programme

If you are missing netball as much as I am and would like to do some exercise to keep your netball brain and body active then give this a go!

We have put together a lockdown programme that contains a series of challenges/exercises that can be completed in their entirety or dipped in and out of as time allows. Each area can be progressed in difficulty over time to ensure that you are still improving in your fitness and skill level. Each exercise has an accompanying video (numbered so hopefully they are easy to find) to show you how to perform any of the exercises/challenges that you do not understand (forgive some of the terrible camera skills!). 

We have also put together a schedule that you could follow so that you are giving time to each area but it is just an idea and you can tailor the programme in any way you want!
